Submission Guidelines

  • Section Event Reports:
      1. Top 2 Events per Section with following information:
        1. 2 Images (1 Event Poster + 1 Group Pic) [.jpg/.png/.jpeg]
        2. Title of Report (based on the Event Title)
        3. Max. 200 Words Report Content (Event Objectives, Registration Count, Key Takeaways) [Times New Roman + 12 Font Size] (Download Template: Click Here)
        4. Event VTools/Website URL (Where further information can be explored)
        5. Event Recording by uploading on IEEE TV/SB/Section YouTube Channel [Reference Link].
  • Volunteering Segment:
      1. Eligibility:
        1. Any IEEE Member (Student/YP/SM/GSM/LM/Fellow etc) across IEEE India Council.
      2. Content (Max. 200-500 Words):
        1. Volunteering Experience cum Portfolio Featuring (Download Template: Click Here).
        2. Interview taken of IEEE Member(s) about their journey so far/experience-sharing based interview podcast.
          1. 4-5 Questions being answered by the interviewee and are being casted into an article format.
        3. Volunteering Opportunities advertisement for any Event/Project/Working Group etc.
          1. Title of the Event/Project/Working Group
          2. Link to Apply/Online IEEE Volunteering Portal Link [Reference Link].
  • Upcoming Events Bulletin:
    1. Eligibility:
      1. Any IEEE OU across IEEE India Council (To be submitted by SB Branch Counselor/Section Officers as applicable).
    2. Content:
      1. Title of Event.
      2. Logo of Event (if applicable).
      3. Website of Event (from where more information can be extracted and registration can be done).
