[masterslider alias="ms-2-3"]

Jagadeswaran enjoys being an IEEE Volunteer; since joining the IEEE Platform, he has grown professionally and is learning from every volunteering activity and mentoring his juniors on their volunteering journey.

As an IEEE Volunteer, he is honored to have been chosen as one of the Section Representatives for the IEEE India Council Newsletter Team from the IEEE Madras Section. Next, on the occasion of IEEE Day 2022, his Student Branch members together organized the SB Flagship event “Hack-O-Holics 3.0,” which was a great learning experience.

Before joining the IEEE, he was a typical student pursuing a bachelor’s degree. He joined IEEE after being inspired by his seniors, and it was a game-changer in his professional career. He chose graphic design as his volunteer domain, and his seniors trained him. With the skills learned, he can now mentor his junior members. He recently launched his own design company and completed two projects for clients. Next, by volunteering at various IEEE events, he got an opportunity to meet a diverse range of people from various universities.

Every volunteer activity is a favorite IEEE Story for him because he learned a lot that he’ll need to develop in his professional career. But he has a favorite IEEE story. When he first joined the IEEE, his first volunteering outside of SB was as a publicity volunteer at the International Virtual TEC Conclave 2020. He met a lot of new people and formed a great network with them, and he was chosen as the best publicity volunteer and secured the first position for making the student community aware of the conclave and motivating them to participate and advance in their careers.
